• Once we have received your email informing us the reason for the return, pack the items that you want to return in a box, preferably in its original wrapping. Be very careful in this process because we will not be responsible for the items that we receive damaged because of a poor packaging. If we receive deteriorated items due to inadequate packaging, they will not be returned.
• Please, include a copy of the order form.

• Send us an email confirming that you have made the shipment and save a copy of your shipping receipt until you have received the new items or the refund.
• Note: Service expenses of original shipping will not be returned. Only the shipping costs of the merchandise returned by defective items are covered. The shipping costs are not covered for other reasons.
