If there has been any failure or problem with your order, notify it by email or phone, as soon as possible, within a maximum period of 48 hours after receiving your order.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or your order has arrived defective, we will make sure to replace it with the same product or with a different product of the same value.
It may be that the article you ask us is not in stock. We will notify you by email so you can replace it for another of the same value or so you can cancel your order. If you have paid using PayPal, credit card or bank transfer, we will reimburse you the amount through the same payment method.
Return transport costs: We will take charge of the transportation expenses of the return when it is for defective products or that have arrived in poor condition, in less amount or with different articles to the orders. In these cases, we will provide you with the service of our messaging to bring the items to our warehouse at no cost for you.
In other cases, the cost of returning return to our warehouse will run on your own. We recommend you use a certified service to ensure that the merchandise reaches our warehouse correctly.
